SPRING INTO SUMMER – May 21
We all need accountability!!! I run virtual accountability groups where we all check in and log in our daily workouts and Shakeology. I am tough love (but more love) coach who will check in on you to make sure you are staying on track. Of course I will also cheer you on for rocking the challenge too. That’s what I’m here for! I’m here to help you stay on track and stay consistent while still enjoying the finer things in life. Living a healthy lifestyle should be rewarding and fun not a prison sentence!
My next SPRING INTO SUMMER online fitness challenge starts on May 21st. Here’s how it will work.
- May 14 – Prep week to learn about the workout program and meal plan based on your goals. I will provide you with a 4 week workout calendar using our Beachbody On Demand workouts (A Little Obsessed with Autumn Calabrese, Shaun Week with Shaun T, 21 Day Fix Extreme with Autumn, and Shaun Week encore). You can also choose the workout program of your choice or continue doing the one you are currently doing. I can help you pick the perfect workout program to go with this Challenge.
- May 21 – Day 1
- This challenge will run for 30 days in our Challenge Tracker app (I will send you an invitation as we get closer)…but we never stop at 30 days, we keep on going to the next challenge.
