ONLINE FITNESS BOOTCAMP – JUNE 18
We all need accountability. I run virtual accountability groups where we all check in and log in our daily workouts and Shakeology. I am tough love (but more love) coach who will check in on you to make sure you are staying on track. Of course I will also cheer you on for rocking the challenge too. That’s what I’m here for! I’m here to help you stay on track and stay consistent while still enjoying the finer things in life. Living a healthy lifestyle should be rewarding and fun not a prison sentence!
My next online fitness challenge starts on June 18. Here’s how it will work.
- June 11 – Prep week to learn about the workout program and meal plan based on your goals. I will provide you with 4-week workout calendar options using our Beachbody On Demand workouts OR you can also choose the workout program of your choice or continue doing the one you are currently doing. I can help you pick the perfect workout program to go with this Challenge.
- AND…the option to try B4 LIIFT4 workouts to get us ready for our next challenge. You see…I keep you going because this is a lifestyle not a short term fix.
- This challenge will run for 30 days in our Challenge Tracker app (I will send you an invitation as we get closer)…but we never stop at 30 days, we keep on going to the next challenge…and will lead us right into our LIIFT4 Challenge.
